This section lists disclaimers that clarify MK Auto Design LLC services and work scopes further. These disclaimers support our policy of being transparent and are meant to promote a better understanding with our customers.
GENERAL
On check-in, we ask our customers to identify and point out any components or parts that were already broken or in a condition about to fail before the vehicle wrap appointment. Then extra care will be taken during the cleaning process in these areas. If we find defective materials or loose-fitting parts while cleaning/wrapping, we may not be able to clean/wrap them properly and will advise the customer.
BATTERIES
MK Auto Design LLC will not be responsible to replace weak or dead batteries. We avoid using any electrical devices on cars that may drain a battery, but leaving doors open during the cleaning process can drain a battery if it is in a weak state. Customers need to ensure their battery is in proper working condition.
DATA
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
WARRANTY
Any warranty work must be approved by MK Auto Design LLC and we do not warranty the vinyl from any scratching, nicks, or cuts due to normal wear and tear. Broken or replaced glass is not covered under warranty. Please be aware that there may be minor dust and or dirt particles in some applications. This is unavoidable. The wrap (Vinyl) must be intact for any warranty issues. Do not remove the wrap (Vinyl) or the warranty is void. Only state compliant vinyl are covered under the limited 1-year warranty. Noncompliant vinyl will not be covered under warranty due to vinyl manufacturer’s policies and procedures.
PERSONAL PROPERTY AND VEHICLE STORAGE RELEASE OF LIABILITY
It is recommended that the owner of the vehicle store or take with them any personal property while vehicle is left at MK Auto Design LLC location. To the best of their abilities, MK Auto Design LLC and it’s employees will secure the vehicle and its possessions, but the Client releases all liability towards MK Auto Design LLC for any property, including the vehicle itself, that is damaged or stolen during the time the vehicle is in possession of MK Auto Design LLC. Personal property left in or around the Client’s vehicle during the period the vehicle is at MK Auto Design LLC shop, or stored on the premises outside of the shop, is the responsibility of its owner. This would include, but not be limited to, electronics, monies, apparel, equipment, confidentially sensitive items, etc.
MEDIA RELEASE
The Client agrees to allow MK Auto Design LLC to use whichever medium necessary to publicize the services provided to the Client and publish on any marketing platform deemed acceptable and non-threatening to the well being of the Client. Any confidentiality of the service being provided needs to be relayed to MK Auto Design LLC prior to the beginning of services.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties, and there are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement whether oral or written concerning the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement supersedes any prior written or oral agreements between the parties.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Agreement to be executed by their duly authorized representatives as of the date that payment from the Customer was received by MK Auto Design LLC for the service requested, on any medium of payment accepted by MK Auto Design LLC.
